The refund policy is based upon the type of products that are purchased by the customer on this website i.e Katoch Tubes. Please go through the type of products mentioned below and the associated refund policy.
a) Physical Product :
A product that requires a physical door delivery using any of the leading courier services is deemed as a physical product. The refund policy of the physical product is 30 days from the date of delivery.
b) Digital Product :
A product that can be ordered online and available in the form of a download like an e-book, calculator, etc is deemed as a digital product. Any type of digital product downloaded from the website is refundable at 80% of the purchasing value. The user is required to raise a request within 3 days of his/her purchase and if approved by our admin, we shall replace the same. However, there’s a limit to the number of requests per user.
c) Digital Service :
A service that involves digital interaction between the customer and Katoch Tubes representatives is deemed as a digital service. For example, services like consultation, counseling, etc are part of digital services. Paid digital services do not fall under any type of product category hence they are non-refundable. Though the customer can drop his/her feedback which will help us fine-tune it from time to time.
