CNFT (Cardano NFT Marketplace):
Launched in July 2021, CNFT is the first marketplace for Cardano NFT. Each NFT including PAVIA LAND parcels can be purchased using ADA tokens. The complete steps will be covered in the next step.
Tokhun:

Steps to Purchase PAVIA LAND Parcel:
I will breakdown the steps, marketplace wise –
CNFT:
Follow the steps to purchase LAND on the CNFT marketplace.
1. Wallet Creation –
Visit CNFT.io and create an account by connecting the wallet, preferably Nami. Once the account is created, visit the profile section, complete the details and create a wallet under the wallet section.
Follow the steps to add a wallet. Remember to check the guidelines before transferring ADA to the given wallet address.
Users will need to add collateral (load money) before making any purchase on the marketplace
After wallet creation & loading some ADA tokens. Visit the top search bar and type Pavia
2. Apply Filter –
Go to projects, and search PAVIA, then apply the PAVIA filter.
3. Choose the LAND parcel –
From the displayed LAND NFTs, pick one which you believe has the right selling price (bidding is available on some listings). Check the listing details and make a purchase.
4. Pro Tip –
Use the coordinates displayed under Asset Name to pinpoint the location of the LAND parcel within the Pavia Map. In the above example, it is (148, -39). Visit Pavia MAP to check the location of your purchased LAND.

Tokhun:
Follow the steps to purchase LAND on the Tokhun marketplace.
1. Wallet Creation –
Visit Tokhun website and log in using Google or GitHub account. Further, visit the wallet section and create your Cardano wallet.
2. Apply Filter –
Click the marketplace section and apply the following filter. Remember to check the box of verified Policy ID.
3. Choose the LAND parcel –
Click the listing to view the LAND parcel. As I said before, Use the coordinates to check the location of the LAND parcel within the PAVIA map. Cross-check the policy ID before making a purchase.

Visit JPG Store. The steps to purchase LAND parcels are similar to purchasing them on other marketplaces. Search for PAVIA LAND in the search bar and browse the listing to make a purchase
